I was a member here when i was 4 years old and have returned to play the course many times on my travels from Canada. The views alone are worth the journey. The course will test every aspect of your game but at the same time is fair. The greens are excellent. Be prepared for a good hike as it is a very hilly course but well worth the effort!

I was the assistant professional here for a year and it is a fine test of golf. The members are amongst the friendliest you will ever find and will make you very welcome. the course is a great society course and it has some outstanding views. A must if you are in Mid -Wales

To describe this as an 'Undulating Parkland Course' is stretching the imagination somewhat. This is a course for the fittest of golfer's only. It starts with stroke index holes 2 and 1 as the first and second, both uphill. This is followed by the 3rd which goes even further uphill. Be fit to play this course, it will sort out the men from the boy's in the first six holes. Pray for a calm day and enjoy the views. Fairways and greens in excellent condition. Nice clubhouse.
