This course is one of the most interesting yet fairly short course I have had the pleasure in playing. The first hole a par 5 is reachable by the lower handicapper which can give you confidence for the following holes but the course has plenty of surprises in the way of trees in abundance, which puts pressure on your driving. In all a very enjoyable round of golf is spoilt by the fact that the 7th hole has been a temporary green for around 3 years!!!

The old course is a fine test for all golfers. Hilly and many tree-lined holes are interesting. Give it a good whack on the tempting down hill 6th, then do you go for the green over the trees, with out-of-bounds perilously nearby, on the doglegged par 4 18th?
Recent work has been done to the first three holes, and the clubhouse has also been refurbished nicely. Rarely do they use temporary greens. A popular course.

This is an undiscovered jewel. A course, that does not have a bad hole. It starts with a par 3 that is straight uphill (add several clubs to the distance) and you kind of wonder what you are getting into but you soon find out what a great place your playing. The course is not long but tight with tree lined fairways. All the par 3's are of the highest quality. It is a little off the beaten path-had a hard time finding it the first time and was almost late for our tee time but it was certainly worth the effort.
