|Course Name: Alford Holes: 18 Yardage: 5483 SSS: 65|
|This attractive parkland course lies in the heart of Donside which is as scenic as its royal neighbour, Deeside. Although surrounded by hills with uninterrupted views of Bennachie, the course is flat and golfers of all ages and ability will enjoy the easy walking,. Whilst relatively short it is deceptive and the SSS of 65 is a challenge to all. The course was originally opened in 1982 as 9 holes and extended to 18 in 1992. Play is through a mixture of young and mature trees with burns and a narrow-gauge railway awaiting the errant shot.
