Ignore the cliches of "Hidden gems" and "Lost Links" this is a course well worth a visit. I am sorry to say that I had ignored the opportunity to visit and play the course since its inception over 20 years ago but am glad to have enjoyed my first tour last Tuesday. This is a well designed, carefully thought out track of golfing adventure. Whereas I do not suppose that it will fall into the "Classic" fold of Scottish Golf Coorses it should serve to amuse and entertain anyone with a genuine sense of curiosity into the wiles and ways of manouevring a pellet with a bunch of sticks around an environment of well forested and carefully manicured greensward.
Again, one should ignore the urban myths of vandalism and opression which have militated against the development of this wonderful piece of golfing ground an get out and enjoy it. I did.
And I plan to do several times more.

The course is great and the green keeper keeps the greens up to great par.
