Balbirnie Park is a fine example of the best in traditional parkland design - the natural contours being the inspiration behind the layout.

With a par of 71, and measuring 6200 yards from Gents Back Tees, it is a good challenge for golfers of all abilities.

It is immediately apparently to any visitor that the course is blessed with a truly superb and picturesque site, situated as it is in the heart of the magnificent Balbirnie park. The park has what is almost certainly the finest collection of rhododendrons and azaleas adjacent to the golf course.

Balbirnie parkland course, was designed by Fraser Middleton. Once again we are delighted to host two Scottish PGA Professional events in 1999 proving, we believe, that the course, the facilities and warm hospitality we have to offer is ideal for all golfers. Our 18th hole is our signature hole. For the 'tigers', the chance of clearing the burn with your 2nd shot to set yourself up with an eagle, in front of our magnificent clubhouse is a must. For the less powerful, a short pitch and putt will round off your game very nicely.
