When I arrived at Bargoed Golf Club, a large sign said "vistors welcolme", but when we went to the pro shop they pointed out a very small sign saying "visitors with members only at weekends" hence we went else where.

when i visited Bargoed Golf Club i was so impressed with the greens they were not at the least in a state and the friendleness of the greenkeeper and his staff was warm and very welcoming i will be writing a letter to say thanks to the 'boys'&Bargoed golf clubs staff!

Bargoed Golf Club is a challenging moorland course affected by prevailing weather conditions. It's a good test of golf and a pleasurable experience for all levels of golfer and they also do a nice cheese and pickle sandwich and a decent pint always pulled by the fair hand of lovely Pam.
