ive played this course many many times, it is challenging, and the first hole is virtually impossible to par, with a water hazard, and a ditch to contend with, i put this 1st hole the hardest to play, although it suits long hitters like myself, i still find it very very challenging, and excellent course, and would reccommend anyone who hasnt played it, TRY IT !with a brand new club house, excellent service fromthe staff, you will enjoy your day,
ps, if you get a par on the first , e-mail me !

Well me and my friend played this course about 2-3 times over the last 2 weeks and have found it to be an excellent course, plenty of water hazards, i suppose lack of bunkers but the course is still challenging.
Big course meaning decent drives to keep to PAR but fun and long day out, takes about 4 - 5 hrs to get round.
They currently building a new clubhouse, and they already have a chipping area and a driving range. Going to be a real nice course in the near future once all these things are built or the trees have grown.

Flat as a fluke with WIDE open fairways - in better condition than many other courses in its price range and with a new club house on the way; this place is no Brabazon but good for a knock.

This course at present looks straight forward with newly planted trees.Which can be quite deceiving,Trust me!!
I've seen this course grow over the years and have seen how it has developed into a challenging course. Now that it has been extended to an 18 hole course it has a number of tricky Par 5's and awkward Par 4's.It is a challenge and a joy to play! However once this course has matured it will be a tester and will i believe test the average golfer.

Not only is the course now 18-hole but also the last 4 holes are very long. 16 should be a par 6! When the trees grow, this will be one of the nicest courses in the area.

Boysnope GC is a course which will require a good few years before it reaches it full potential. The only quibble I ever had with Boysnope was that the back 9 holes were somewhat lacking in hazards of any kind, happily this has since been rectified with the grounds-keeping staff putting in many hours of work to make this course very challenging. Boysnope begins with a long par 4 which is immediately followed by another difficult, dogleg right, par 4. The now extended 9th hole is a par 5 and off the tee you must decide whether to lay up or attempt a 265 yard carry to get over the raised bank and ditch, par is a good score on this hole! The back 9 has one of the biggest dogleg par 5s I have ever had the pleasure of testing myself against and accuracy on the 2nd and 3rd shots are essential. Similarly the 16th hole requires a very accurate second shot due to the ditch which guards the front of the green and the thick rough behind, and to the right of the green. All in all Boysnope is a course with much potential and also a good challenge for golfers of any handicap even though there aren't many trees at the moment. The summer greens are in superb condition and are very good to putt on.
With a clubhouse, Boysnope could quite easily become one of the best courses in the North-West of England.

Boysnope Park GC has only been open about 2 years but it already has it's own driving range and is planning course expansion. The course is one of the longest in the area and has some very challenging holes. The first hole is 389 yards from the yellow tees, stroke index 3 and consists of two water hazards and out of bounds down the left side. The hardest hole on the course is the eighth. This is a 450 yard par four with a ditch half way down the fairway. The ditch means you can either
lay-up and be faced with a 200+ yard second or try and carry the ball about 230 yard carry. Either way a five is very pleasing result.
