The main 18 hole course at Brampton Heath was opened in 1995, shortly followed by a covered floodlit driving range and 9 hole short course.

The clubhouse includes the ever popular Cranshaws bar/restaurant. Recent developments will provide a new restaurant, meeting and conference room(s) and a large function room. The views overlooking Northampton town centre are the best for miles around.

A newly opened Golf Shop is fast gaining the reputation as being the best stocked Professional shop in the region.

All the facilities are available to everybody - visitors are welcomed with no restrictions.

Brampton Heath is located on undulating heathland, sitting on very free draining soil. This allows play all year round, always with trolleys and never on tee mats! The course is constantly improved every season through the construction of new tees, hazards such as ditches and mounds, and an extensive tree planting programme. The course provides a fair test for players of all abilities - any visitor is welcome to play the course off the competition tees at any time. This course is ideal for both new players to gain confidence before tackling an 18 hole course and experienced golfers to work on their short game. It is a popular tool for teaching as well. Play is always from grass tees to proper greens in immaculate condition all year round.
