Buckinghamshire Golf Club, established in 1992, has Denham Court Mansion, an 18th century stately home, as its clubhouse. Course designer John Jacobs went to great lengths to turn the estate's rolling parkland into a mature and challenging golf course decades beyond its years. The renovated clubhouse contains the elegant Heron restaurant which offers several delicacies including Japenese food. Testament to the quality of the Buckinghamshire is that it hosted the European leg of the Andersen Consulting World Championship in 1997.
Buckinghamshire Golf Club is a private members clubs but also caters to the corporate market. It is owned by Japanese company Asahi Breweries Ltd. Visitors are sometimes allowed to play (green fees are expensive).

|Classic rolling and gently undulating parkland course maintained to a high standard. The rivers Misbourne and Colne comes into play on several holes. Large greens means that the pin positions can be easily changed making the course suitable for the club golfer and the tour pros. Descibed as a 'thinkers' course, the Buckinghamshire's design compliments and rewards the golfer prepared to study the course.
