Course Details

Course Name: Budock Vean Holes: 9 Yardage: 5227 SSS: 65
Budock Vean course designed by James Braid and is built on gently undulating parkland with narrow fairways flanked by trees. With excellent natural drainage, the course recovers very quickly from heavy rain. There are 9 holes with 18 tees.

The 572 yard, par 5, 6th hole is one of the longest in Cornwall with OOB either side of a narrowing fairway. The greens, some of which are raised, are well protected by bunkers. A SSS 3 strokes less that the par of 68 makes this subtle course a very good test for all handicaps. The picturesque 9th/8th is a teasing short hole to a plateau green which demands pin-point accuracy and provides a fitting conclusion to a most enjoyable course.
