Hi my name is Elaine. I used to live in Essex. But now I live in Spain & sell properties to people who would like to relocate like myself, or people that would like to invest in property. The area I live in is on the border of the Costa Calida & the Costa De Almeria. I have lots of properties close to Golf. And now the construction of the Almanzorar Country Club has just begun, which is approximately 10 mins. from the famous Desert Springs (PGI) Golf Course. If you have any questions you would like to ask me regarding any properties please do not hesitate to email me on the above address or tel. (0034) 666 295 981.

A relatively flat but not uninteresting course which is clearly improving as it becomes established. It can seem deceptively easy but there are quite a few bunkers, especially around the greens, which will trap those who don't concentrate on their approach shots. In general, the greens are fast and true. The back nine are more difficult than the front nine despite including three par 3 holes. The 18th, at 528 yds, is the longest on the course and not an easy closing hole. Well-designed clubhouse with excellent facilities. A course well worth playing.

I played this course in September 1999, for a relatively new course it was in good condition. Once the trees mature a bit it will be a better test. Good value.
