Catterick golf course as I can remember it is superb! I had just taken up the game when I was stationed in Catterick (1998) and although I have now played golf in many different countries on many different courses, Catterick is still one of the best I have played! The layout is excellent and the course is very well kept. The rolling fairways can punish the best of drives and the greens are nice to putt on. The clubhouse is great. The pro-shop is good. I can't remember what the green-fee was for visitors, but my membership was excellent value for money! Id love to play there again when I'm in the area.
