This course is a course for all. It is a sometimes tough course (i.e. hazards) without being to tough, meaning higher handicappers and biggeners can play the course.
The course is in excellent condition, as you would expect and gives a postitive vibe to golfers, with it's relaxing feel. The price is good for what you get compared to other local courses.
Taking all this into to count, I would recommend this course to almost anyone. It's a course for all ages and all types of golfers, so when your near the cobtree manor golf club give it a go.
