Fantastic course. One of the best in southern England. Great views. 100 years old. Full of history. Lovely atmosphere in new clubhouse. Golf lodge as well. Very welcoming.

With views over the South Downs and the castle, this is a stunning setting for golf. The course doesn't disappoint either, with a great deal of interest on almost every hole. Mature trees are a feature, as are small elevated greens, which can be difficult to hit, but when you do they run fast and true. The new clubhouse should be great when finished, and all in all this is a fantastic place to play golf. A bargain at £25!

Set in the grounds of Cowdray Park you will marvel at the beautiful scenery, which was designed by Capability Brown in the 18th Century. The golf course forms part of The Viscount Cowdray's 17,000-acre estate where golf was first played in 1904, and the club was affiliated in 1921. Without a doubt one of the most beautiful courses in England it is a true test of golf on a Par 70 course measuring 6216 yards. A warm welcome is always guaranteed to all out visitors, guests and societies, on a course maintained to a first class standard.
