The course overlooks the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. It is a hilly course but this enables you to appreciate the views as you scramble to recover your ball!!! The course is rather new circa 5 years old and the various coppices planted around the course have yet to present a really difficult challenge to the good golfer. However, in a couple of years any stray shot is likely to punish the player.
There are some interesting holes with the ground sloping away indifferent directions depending where on the course you happen to be. A number of new bunkers and mounds have been strategically placed to test your ability and accuracy. The rough is very rough so stray shots can easily result in lost balls. However, the fairways
are not so narrow as to make this inevitable.
The clubhouse has a good selection of hot and cold food available and also real ale. On a sunny day a very pleasant experience enhanced by the very friendly locals.
