On the South coast of the Moray Firth can be found what can only be described as an enchanting hideaway - Cullen Golf Course. Since the formation of the club in 1896 a lot of golfers have had a great time playing over the landscape. Nature at it's best !

Directions
At about an hour and a half drive from Inverness you will find the quaint village of Cullen and the sign pointing to the golf course.

Course Details

Course Name: Cullen Holes: 18 Yardage: 4610 SSS: 62
The golf course has been laid out on the naturally reclaimed land where the sea has ravaged the cliffs over the years.

From the first tee nothing prepares you for the fun filled journey you are about to take. The course is short in length and there are more par threes than you'll find on most other courses, but the views are spectacular , your short game has to be at it's best and pick a calm day because you will need your wit's about you to achieve a good score.

No room for error on most of your tee shots yet it's as golf should be played, enjoyable, memorable, and a good score returned means a happy golfer.

For an appreciation and independent view of this course please see golfer reviews.

When you visit Scotland there is a wealth of courses to visit .... none will be more interesting than Cullen. It is quite different to anywhere else I have played and although I have been a member at some fine courses including both Carnoustie and St Andrews this ranks as my favourite course of all time. It has some really spectacular and unique holes. The walk up the second is literally breath-taking, the view of the 7th is metaphorically breath- taking and playing 'round the rocks' in the wind can make the last 4 at Carnoustie seem easy ..... I love it.

Cullen golf course, links course 14 pounds. A compromise as the old 9 hole course has been extended to a 18 hole course which means that there are alot of par threes which are blind and strange.
