This is a quaint course that truly belongs to the community (visitors are quite welcome, however). The members contribute to the ground keeping chores. Course is quite flat and the greens and fairways are lightly peppered with hazards. This is an honour box course. We had some sheep join us on the second hole.
There is a Bed and Breakfast adjacent to the first tee and a nice pub with bar meals a couple of miles north of the course. Dalmally is about halfway between Glasgow and Oban. Not worth a special trip but a nice inexpensive diversion if you are in the neighbourhood. Note: for history buffs, Kilchurn Castle and the lovely 11th Century St. Conan's Kirk are just down the road (toward Oban).
