Dewlands Golf Course was designed and built in 1989 and covers the land which surrounds Dewlands Manor. These fields have been part of the Manor domain which dates back to the 15th century.
'Dewlands is not a members' club but is best described as an exclusive pay and play course for those who wish to enjoy a quiet game in leisurely surroundings. Tee times are at 20 minute intervals to allow play to proceed at a relaxed pace.
Sited on the second highest point in Sussex the location provides delightful views to London north and the Sussex Downs south.
A comprehensive golf shop provides a wide range of golf products which are available at very competitive prices. Buggies, trolleys and clubs are available for hire.
Complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge or 'al fresco' - a licensed bar for players and comprehensive changing facilities complete the scene.

Course Details

Course Name: Dewlands Manor Holes: 9 Yardage: 6372 SSS: 71
Challenging undulating meadowland course on the second highest point of Sussex. Very high quality, greens with fine bents and fescue. No mats or temporary greens used. Tee times at 15 mins intervals allow play to proceed at a relaxed pace.

Hole 9 'Fezzie' a par 5 dog-leg which, on distance, belies its difficulty only the perfect drive will be rewarded by a level lie. To reach the green with the second shot, requires a carry over the burn at the front of the green. A pond guards the green right - players having avoided the two fairway bunkers beyond.
