Was almost put off by the first review i read, scrolled down and found the second review, by the same person.
The second, written 5 years after the first, showed a much improved set up, and, consequently better information.
Suggest you list reviews with latest uppermost.
    Regards.

The course is a non -complicated course, it is great for a quick round ofgolf as a round can take less than 3 hours. The course is a parkland typecourse with a few tricky holes due to water infront of the tee or eitherside of the tees. Distance is not required on most holes just a good solidtee or 2nd shot normally gives a short iron to the green. The par 5 is reachable in 2 and a few par 4's are reachable in 1 for the biggish hitters. The greens are generally good but in winter the course can become very wet. Summary : A nice attractive course but not quite worth the greenfee unless it is a
    quick round you are after

This course has now had extensive work done and is much longer, one of the 3 par 5s is reachable if you are long (at least 260 with both shots) but you must go over 2 bits of water and many bunkers to do so.
The course has tightened up loads, and any stray shots are punished. if you can hit to your handicapp here then you are doing very well. Most visitors complain that it is too tough, and allthough there are 6 par 3s... some are over 200yds, over 2 stretches of water with bunkers all around. The greens are better, but the bunkers are not great ( clay based course which binds to the sand when wet, making the bunkers really claggy) so i suggest that you avoid them like the plague.
Overall a very decent little course which will challenge any level of golfer.
