I am a member at the embankment course and although the course is only 9 holes and with 7 par 3's and 2 par 4's it is a great course to practice your short game.
The shortest hole on the course is the par 3 6th at only 85 yards but you can easily get high numbers if you leak your shot to the right as trees line this side and could easily lose your ball!
The club itself is members only but you can play a round with a member for only £5.00 for 18 holes - not bad eh?
