The course is in excellent condition with fast and true greens, the front nine has many different challenges whilst the back nine appears to be a lot easier, it not to be seen as easy.
The pro is Simon who was very welcoming and has a good selection of clothes and the bits and pieces you forget.
Food was very good and service was quick and prices very reasonable. Had some good b=ear as well.
Overall a very enjoyable day and would recommend you try this course and the par 3's are really worth the green fee.

Very good par three's on this interesting course. You will be tested in all aspects of shot-making. The courses is presented extremely well and the visiting golfer will be well catered for in the clubhouse by Frank the chef and Richard the steward. Ring Stan (secretary) to arrange a jolly good day out!

Update on Neil Butler's review of 11/98. Since January 2000, Ladies have been allowed in the bar. Flackwell Heath is a very challenging course with the emphasis on accuracy rather than distance. The four Par 3's are very special and can make or break a medal round

Flackwell heath is a very tight and very hilly course. it is 20 mins from the M 25 and typical of the old traditional English golf club - no women in the club house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very pretty particularly in autumn but too close to the motorway. Enjoy!

A challenging 18 holes for any golfer who can hit the ball straight, hit the ball to the left or right and you are in for a long walk. The small greens are in very good condition and are positioned to ensure that you need to think carefully about your approach shots. The bar and club house facilities rate highly, and although the atmosphere appeared slightly reserved towards non members it was not off putting, and did nor repeat it self on the course where the members were friendly and keen to share local knowledge. This is a club that I would highly recommend to other golfers.
