This is by far the best course west of Ben Nevis and east of Caol. Well worth a visit.

    >Played there on 2 occasions last summer. Situated under 'the Ben', the location is superb. I found the outward 9 the most interesting, especially the 2 par 3's which are the 3rd and 6th holes respectively. A fast running stream protects both greens on 3 sides and provides a delightful setting. The 7th-12th holes are quite exposed and if the wind blows against you the course just gets longer! The back nine is more 'uppy-downy' so bring your walking legs! As with seemingly most Scottish courses stay out of the rough, the heather just eats up stray balls. The greens were excellent; despite it having rained heavily the week before our arrival they were receptive but still quite fast and very true. The clubhouse has beer but no food, however the people are very friendly. I think it was £17 for a day ticket.
