Thus in 1961 a new 9 hole course and clubhouse was constructed to the west of the motorway. The course has been extended in the last few years to a 12 hole and more recently, in 1995 into a new 18 hole course.
Clubhouse has full facilities including newly furnished locker room and shower facilities.
Situated to the west of Sherington Village, near Wigan on Miles lane, access form M6 motorway either from jct. 27 of 26.
