    There is now a superb new clubhouse. The original 9-hole course was added to in 1936 and although deceptively easy at first glance, Girton rewards accurate play. 1000s of new trees have been added and the greens are considered to be some of the best in the county.

    Girton is quite flat and straight on. But since it is old the holes are separated by trees. Nice. Some undulated fairways and greens. Greens were of a very good quality when we played it. Only negative with the course is that you can't have a beer on the 19th; there is no restaurant.
