The best course i have ever played. i play off 6 and my mate plays of scratch and this is well worth a visit. resonable green fees and amazing views what more can a enthusiastic golfer ask for.

Hexham is a good test of golf with par 4,s of varied distances. Although it lacks a bit of length in places particularly the par 3,s. The views are excellent as is the food in the clubhouse provided by an aptly named Mr Fish! Visitors will enjoy good patter from him.

I have played the Hexham course many times and of all the parkland courses I have played Hexham must be the best. The setting, in the upper Tyne Valley, is magnificent with no two holes the same. Fairways are excellent and greens fast.

Recently played four top courses in Scotland before heading south and playing Hexham on the way home. Party of eight all agreed that Hexham was the best of the lot.
