I am a member of Lamberhurst G.C. and so am a little biased. The course is centred on a delightful river valley in the picturesque county of Kent. The views are superb, which attests to a fairly hilly course, but locals still get great pleasure from the dream view off the 10th tee.
The membership is friendly and unpretentious and greenfees are welcome (to help reduce our fees).
The course is not overly difficult and a reasonable variability in driving is not unduly punished. Wet weather can create difficulties with the clay sub-soil, but in summer a casual drink on the patio facing the setting sun can seem like paradise!
