this has to be the worst golf course i have ever played on in my life, and im 63 years old! dont get me wrong, the actual condition of the course is good but the people ... what a bunch of stuck up overly arrogant secluded sheltered toffs!!!!

A perfect course! A straight drive is needed to beat this course, but as a 11 handicaper it is the perfect test.

A couple of nice but accurate Par 4's are the 8th and 13th. The 8th is a slight dog-leg to the left with a tree positioned right in line with the fairway from the tees, but if you have the confidence then hit a 3/4 quarter swing 3 Wood over it and land nicely in the middle ready to appraoch the green for a chance of birdie. For the 13th you hav a downhill fairway to the brook running across it and then it climbs up and to the right to the green, with trees further to the right not allowing for you to cut it. A full 3 Wood here gets you over the brook and ready for a lovely 9 iron chip or maybe a lofted PW onto the green.
For more of a challenge of the course try going off the White tees, on some holes they really lengthen and make tricky the hole where as on others they don't make too much of a difference.
The course has changed a little in the years that i've played there, and for the better. It's maintenance has got better and better and some holes changed to give something different. You might find some bunkers a little hard to get out of as they've gone hard. The greens are smooth and some have some nice dips running across them like on the 5th, 13th and 15th.
Altogher it's a nicely shaped and thought out course, you should try a round here and you'll like the way the course is different from front nine to back nine.
