As the Head Golf Professional at this Club I would like to add my own review!
The Course is going to be different to many courses you might have played. It is locally known as a Hill top course. Now, do not visualise a very Hilly course...it is not! Being on top of the hill we enjoy the fresh air, the views and only slight undulation where necessary. We have just had a new hole incorporated into the 18. This was designed to be a signature hole and offers a par 3 tee shot downhill from around 150yds to a green with a large pond and creek running in front of it and bunkers front right and back left. If you like a Maesteg version of the 12th at Augusta ......only with better views. The greens I`ll let you decide. They may not be Augusta but they are as good as you can get for the times of year yow will play it. Green fees are very affordable for a club of such history and the £600k new clubhouse offers every facility. Come and see me soon!

I played this course with my brother-in-law Tom on Tuesday 26/10/99 and we both found it a great challenge and completely different to any course we had experienced.
It was very well laid out and each hole brought it's own challenge, with some great views of the adjoining countryside. The Greens were in superb condition, for the time of year and were a pleasure putt on.
Our experience of the course was greatly added to by the friendliness of all the members both in the Clubhouse and on the course, we were made feel very welcome and we both thoroughly enjoyed our day. We were even met coming off the 18th Green by the Secretary Keith Lewis who went out of his way to welcome us to the club and invite us back when their new clubhouse is built.
All in all a very friendly and challenging course.
