A 9 hole parkland course, set on and island with magnificent 360 degree views over Strangford Lough and its many islands. The course is maintained to a high standard with beautiful greens and fairways. The first professional of the course was the late Fred Daly, the only Irishman ever to win the British Open Championship and match play Championship. Two trees still stand on the first fairway where Fred practised his short game by chipping into a hole in one of them. It is an excellent test of golf and best professional score in a number of Pro-Ams is 65.
Directions
Along Comber/Killyleagh road. After 1/2 mile, turn left signposted Ardmillan. Keep left for 6 miles to the course.

Mahee was my first ever course played! A spectacular course and i look forward to playing it tomorrow. Great value for money and even though it is only 9 holes its well worth the repeat for 18!!

The best way to describe Mahee is a hidden gem. Great course and even better views. The warm welcome you get from the staff and members makes you feel right at home.

This is a lovly golf course, but only 9 holes but dont let that put you off. It just means you have 2 chances to adimre the views
