Since 2000 Mannan Castle Golf Club has been an 18 hole championship course and will strength of the best golfers in the country.It's idyllic and tranquil setting allows the golfer have the best of both worlds with a challenging golf course and the peace to enjoy it.

This course is now 18-hole Par 70 of approx 6000 yards.
Water is featured on 8 holes including the beautiful Par 3 second which is a real test of nerve and club selection.
Although not a long course placement of tee shots is vital to give best chance to find small greens.
This course is a true test of golf for all skill levels and the full range of clubs is required to play the course.

Mannan is now 18 holes of delightful parkland it benefits from a very active course committee and ground staff. Every visits brings a new development so if it has been a year or perhaps only a few months since you last played get back soon as new challenges await. If its your first visit watch out for the beautiful but tricky par 3 second and watch your club selection. Many young trees will over the next few years add greatly to the challenge posed by the new holes from 14 to 18.

Played your course in the Ulster Fourball Betterball and thankfully we went through to the next round your course was an exhilaration to play.
Four captain was a pleasure to meet and poor Ollie owes him one concerning the joke that he told in Fortwilliam.
This is to let all you bandits down there know that we got booted out on the next round.
To anyone else who reads this Mannan castle is well worth a visit since it is now a full 18 holes.

Mannan Castle is a beautiful course. I especially like the par 4 4th hole with dipping mature trees to the left and out of bounds on the right. I'm looking forward to playing it yet again when the 18 hole course is up and running. If the new nine holes are half as good as the old nine, it will be worth a trip from afar.

Mannan Castle is a fantastic course, it is tight tough and can be played by anyone for a reasonable fee. It is opened only 3-4 years and still it is one of the best courses I've played on. During its annual classic the fairways were immaculate and the greens were class.
It is presently 9 holes but their is a huge step forward as they are turning 18 at present and will hopefully turn 18 by 1999-2000. Then watch out Druids Glen as their will be no comparison. I can't wait to my next round.
