Melton Mowbray Club has been in existence since 1925 and provides a friendly and comfortable clubhouse with bar menu's and full catering is also available. The professional and his staff are available to help with golf equipment from a well stocked shop or lessons on the practice area and putting green.

i am also a member of this golf course playing off 26 and i fully agree with every thing mark says and i also would recommend this course for any golfer of all abilitys

i dont think the course is that challenging even though i might be getting round in low 90's i think that the course should be changed personnally anyway

I have a handicap of 8 handicapper at Melton Mowbray GC and would like to voice my opinions of the course.
Recently the club has under-taken many jobs to improve the over-all appearance and performance of the course, this includes ; plans for a lake on the 18th, new drainage ditches, new grass humps/trees, bigger teeing areas and a driving range.
As I play there almost every day all of these changes are certainly not for show! The extra ditches, trees and humps enable the big hitters to be punished. The driving range will provide even better practice facilities. The lake will also create one of the nicest finishing holes in the county!
This season the course will almost certainly be the best that it has ever been and I would strongly recommend it to anyone, from a beginner to the more advanced golfer.
