The purchase of a strokesaver for any first timer is a must, the numerous dog leg
holes require irons off the tee to keep the ball in play. The greens were in good
condition, and tricky on down hill putts. Playing from the yellow tees there are birdie
opportunities on many of the shorter par 4's, providing you don't run out of fairway
The 12th will require a good drive and an accurate approach to a blind green. Overall the young course(1993) is in good condition and for a friendly fourball is a gentle walk with only a few small inclines. Remember to take just enough club on the
short 17th. Bar prices are a little high for visitors. Date of visit 07/07/02

This course has everything, blind holes, lakes, shared greens, Road crossings, did I mention Blind holes. No really this is a great course in great condition, it seems to go from park land to a sort of links feel, with long holes to test the best, and short hard holes for the rest of us. The only thing was a feeling that we were not really welcome here. But on the bright side there was a good pub just down the road.
