The 6th hole being one of the most difficult short holes in Lincolnshire a 150yd par 3 to an undulating green surrounded on all sides by deep bunkers. Other highlights including the 16th with the green cutting away at right angles from the fairway into a wooded area with a testing shot over in hedgerow to a very sloping and undulating green. The owners, the Watson family make the atmosphere exceptionally friendly and what with the 9 hole course, new 18 hole course, driving range and on-site accommodation from old farm buildings to wooden lodges. Millfield has everything at a price that will shock.
