Recently visited the Moor Allerton course and played all 27 holes. Condition was good with the greens having some severe slopes and subtle breaks. From the tee the course features a few carries over ravines though is relatively easy as many of the fairways offer enormous landing areas bordered by young trees and light rough.

It is a simply awesome golf club. If you are looking for something as difficult as the guys on tour play week in week out, this is your course.
This is not for the faint hearted. It is the best kept winter course I have played anywhere and is rarely reduced to temporary greens and never temporary tees. Although, if you come in summer you are in for a treat. Don't let the ….. fee put you off, its 27 holes and fantastic practice facilities combine to make this course the perfect venue for a superb golfing day out!
