Puttenham Golf Club was established in 1894 it is situated just outside just Guildford in the heart of Surrey. Pro-shop has a variety of golfware and equipment in stock.
The clubhouse provides a bar and restaurant, spike bar for use before changing after playing. Practice area and putting green available.
Directions
Just off Hogs Back (A31) travelling from Guildford to Farnham turn left at signpost to Puttenham. The club is opposite the Harvest public house. From the A3 take exit to Puttenham (B3000).

| It is mainly heathland and being tight in places offers a degree of difficulty, making it a good test of golf. From the forward yellow tees there are five par 3s and two par 5s, the total length in 5876 yds. From the competition tee, there are three par 3s and the course length is 6214 yds. Puttenham Golf Course presents an exciting challenge to experienced golfers. In lovely country side with magnificent views I greatly enjoyed playing there. There were a lot of people searching for golf balls in the various roughs and I have to say they did not all look like golfers. Anyway it was well worth donating a few of my Titleists to the locals in return for the privelege of playing in such a beautiful location.
