As I am a member of Radyr I have played the course many times.The good things of the course are the practice area, the greens and of course the fairways.But the bad things are most probably the bunkers and the lack of water not being any where.Being a member I really like playing the course with my friends and playing on the practice area a mark out of 10 I give to Radyr Golf Club a 10/10.Truely because its the best course ive played so far and I love playing it.

Having been a member of Radyr golf club for 14 years I have played the course several times. I have also played other courses around Europe and also in the Cardiff area. Radyr is by far one of the better courses in the area with its well-established greens and fairways; the only disappointment for me is the bunkers. New sand, a good digging over regularly and some decent rakes would make a big difference. In my opinion the course is challenging, but I can't help thinking that a little water here and there would improve it further.

As a member of Radyr I have obviously played the course many times. The fairways are nearly always in peak condition (not that I get a chance to use them much due to my standard of play). The greens are always very quick, especially in the summer, and the bunkers are in tip-top condition all year round. Although the course is fairly short it is very challenging, normally because the pin positions are carefully selected meaning that even straight-forward holes are tough. I would recommend Radyr Golf Course to anyone who enjoys playing on quality golf courses, and who enjoys being treated with warmth and friendliness by both staff and members alike.
