Well after reading some of the comments on your website, I nearly decided not to play at Roker Park. My son and I are relatively new to golf. We do not have a handicap, but we're learning the game. We played at Roker Park and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a nice course and was a challenge for us!!
It is more challenging than some in the area. We will go again, and that says it all.
It is clearly not Wentworth, or Sunninghill, which are very local to us. But these would be too tough for us, and certainly too expensive!!
For those average and learner golfers who want a reasonably priced round, I think it should be just the ticket!!

What do you expect for a £7.50 green fee ! The price is equivalent to 3 baskets of balls on the driving range. I know which I'd prefer. Admittedly the greens are not in a good condition. But when you can guarantee 2 putts or less once you're on, whose complaining. Besides, I think the green fee reflects the state of the greens, as it normally does. As for the 3rd - well that's just a case of being accurate off the tee. Overall - better than hitting balls on a driving range.

I would like to agree with the review posted below. This was truly the low point of my golfing life to date. In addition to the accurate comments made by Mr Mackenzie regarding the quality of the golf course. A course to be avoided at all costs.
