Arriving unannounced I was made to feel very welcome. The course was in magnificent condition with some very challenging and very beautiful holes. The greens and fairways were second to non and I was very impressed with the green fees. To low for such an outstanding course. I will definitely be playing it again.

Rotherham is quite the best course I've experienced in my life as an amateur golfer. That stunning castle is awesome and the lush, well kept fairways are a pleasure to behold. I particularly enjoyed my visit to the clean, welcoming bar and restaurant. The food was well above the standards of most premier inner city restaurants! Everyone was remarkably friendly and I will definitely be spreading the word, not to mention coming back for a return visit.
