I played this course today and thought it was pretty good. Great for a wee round of golf. Some of the holes were a little on the small side though, but I suppose you could tee off further back to make them a little longer. Over all I would give the course 7/10.

The nine hole course is up and running. It's looking great and being well managed by the C&S staff in clubhouse and on the course. They're have a meeting for those interested in being part of this brand new golf club. The club is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the devlopment and organisation of a new club open to juniors and seniors.
WEDNESDAY 9th JUNE 2010 at 7.00pm.
If you can't attend, contact James Tonner 0141 284 3953

I have read a few articles about the opening of the course, however there is very little information on the Web. I am moving to the area in May and would love to join the Club, but info has to be available... Passed by the clubhouse the other day but no activeties around and with Openingday 10th April would appreciate some info.

I have just moved to the area and visited the local Golf Course. What a dissapointment!!!!! They have ripped up half the course for some bloddy reason and there's motor bike tracks on the fairway. It makes me sick as I love the game. Fuck it though I will just have to keep playing at Gleneagles every week then.

It re-opened on September 17th 2009 and it's now 18 Holes and it looks and plays great. For now at least, there are no more burnt out Fords, motorbike tracks and junkies injecting drugs.
