played the park quite a few times very good condition for a muni value for money, cheaper than walton plus the greens are better, on the fun side checkout the hill of death after you have been up it on a hot day you will need to use the bench. HAPPY GOLFING!

I'm not a great fan of municipal golf courses and must admit this course has potential for a cheap round with friendly pro shop assistants! This course is no great test for the single figure golfer although neither is it a push over! This is ideal for the beginner or junior golfer! I've played this course many times and find the front nine a little long straight and boring , The back nine is somewhat different and a delight to play the 14th hole is something specia although no great golfing challenge and a decent birdie chance the steep climb is a challenge for your body! the 12th is a remarkbly tight medium length par 3 with many over hanging trees waiting to throw your ball of course! Try this course its good value for money , the condition is ok but be prepared for the odd low life ball pinchers ,.

If your looking for a good round of golf mixed with a little hill climbing, then this is the course for you. The front 9 is roughly 3500 yards and a little undulating. The back 9 is 1000 yards and 3 shots shorter but really takes it out of your legs. This is a fairly well looked after course in picturesque surroundings and is probably a good test for the average golfer. Good value for money.
