Having played Isle of Skye the day before we were looking forward to playing Skeabost. We were rather disappointed. There was no option to play 9 holes so had to pay £15 each for this course which was in very poor condition. The weather had been very wet earlier in the week but this course is positively dangerous to play. After playing the second hole you turn around and play back down the SAME fairway. If anyone is behind you they better keep their eyes open. Many holes play over other greens and to be honest I wouldn't play this course again.

Very short course that would be like a war-zone on a busy day due to the criss-crossing nature of the course's design. Nevertheless, a fun afternoon for myself and the three hackers that accompanied me. Would try the other course on Skye next time around.

A very short and unkempt course attached to the Skeabost House Hotel. Tiny greens and poor tees. The first seven holes criss-cross quite a bit so be wary of errant (sometimes even skillful) shots. Eight and nine are on the water and are a bit more picturesque. Overall, cheap (10 pounds daily) but not worth it; recommend it only if staying at the hotel and in serious need of golf. If on Skye, I'd recommend the one lane road across the Quirang as a better afternoon.
