This is a very friendly club, very hard off the white Ts but good on the Blues! very well kept. Good society day out well worth the money! Better than allot around the area

I am a 13 handicap and have had the pleasure of playing at Sutton Green; the course has improved immensely in the last three years and is a tough test of golf now. It gives the impression of being open, as the many trees need to mature, however with the design (subtlety placed traps and tight fairways) the semi rough (benefiting from the fairway watering installed 18 months ago) the lakes and the sloped greens it is not as easy as it looks. I played in a pro-am there last Friday and one pro made par (71) from a field of 22 most were 4 or 5 over. The course record I believe is 67.

I agree with you, played at Sutton Green a couple of months ago, but i think West Hill is still better.
