Thurles Golf club is a beautiful parkland 18 hole course with a very testing back nine holes. The course is kept in great condition and has good greens. The only fault i would have is the lack of water on a couple of holes espically with the river so close. I would definatley play it again when i'm around

Plenty of water there now, Barry. On holes 1 , 3 4, 8 and 9. The river Suir form the O.B. along the left side of hole 9. First nine completely re-constructed.Enjoy

played their today for the first time.
Front nine very technical but back nine long drives and good putting would leave you with a respectable score.
