On a business trip in late June 2001 I arrived close to eight in the evening. Within 10 min. I was on the course and managed to play 13 holes before I was overtaken by darkness. Never having played the course before I found it in superb condition. The dogleg first was a bit of a disappointment. Maybe because I only managed a bogey.
From then on in it was a delightful course where long straight shots were rewarded. It is well worth a visit and I look forward to play the course again on my next visit in August. I must try and improve on my 5 over par total. Not bad for 16 handicap.
