    Whitsand Bay course is set across the tops of the cliff overlooking Whitsand Bay itself from Rame Head to Looe Island - a tremendous view. However to get up there from the club house there is a murderous first hole climb, after that its not too bad.
    The course itself is fairly open and some of the sloping fairways can give nasty kicks to good shots. It would not be too much of a challenge for the better golfer and could not be described as complicated or terribly interesting. But all of this is compensated by the stunning views, the friendly locals and the relatively cheap green fee.
