The course was a little short, and a little too wide open. The greens were well protected by deep bunkers and in good shape. The views and ambience were first rate. The clubhouse was high quality and we stayed at the spa which while exorbinant was nearly worth the money. All in all, a very nice round but etiquette was of unequal qualtity and I in a twosome behind a Germanic husband and wife pair of beaters was not allowed to play through at the turn despite the fact it was a late October Monday ane the course was realtively empty which just goes to show there are putz's everywhere. One final thing the weather closes out somewhat in mid-autumn and fog and drizzle are common. One final word about the Lake Garda area - impossbily cute with little lake towns with charming waterfronts wherever you go, but while my personal knowledge does not extend to the Summer I can only imagine it must be a zoo in August.
