I have just spent two weeks staying in a villa next to the moliets golf course. The course itself was brilliant, couldn't have asked for a better location right next to the sea, highly recommended.
I stayed with a company called Madame Vacances, take a look at their website, I saw they have other golf destinations in France. If they are as good as this one then I would suggest to check it out. Be quick though, I spoke to the people there and I get the impression that you have to book early to find a good villa or apartment, etc.

This course is located within a French seaside holidaying area of decent quality and fair prices. Avoid August as the whole French poluation arrive en masse! The course is part woodland and part links. Beautiful to look at and a good golfing challenge. Be aware that the distances between green-2-tee are about the same as tee-2-green, so a long walk. Recommended.

played there in August whilst staying in the resort. I particually enjoyed the par 5's and the four holes on the coastline which were both interesting and exiting with some splendid views. Be sure to bring your long game even though the fairways are fairly forgiving and also bring accuracy to Moilets as there are some tight pin positions. The only problem when i was there was that they were preparing for a Challenge tour event the next month and the fairways were very soft so you could only hit your drives as far as they could carry. But an interesting course with plenty of variety in my opinion.

This is a great track. Starts off in the pines, rolls out to 4 holes right on the ocean then back into the pines. This course is regularly used as the final course for European Q School. Fantastic condition and a great bar retaurant. North of Biarritz about 30 minutes and well worth the ride. Make sure you play Seignosse if in the area.
