The Novo Sancti Petri tourist complex is situated at the Costa de la Luz, 50 km. from Jerez airport and 30 km. from Cádiz, at the beach Playa La Barrosa, at 9 km. from Chiclana de la Frontera.

The Club disposes of a modernly designed Clubhouse (wood, skylight, decorated with plants), and offers an A-la-carte Restaurant “Los Olivos”, Bar-Cafetería, Pro-Shop, changing rooms with showers and sauna, children’s club, Caddie Master, Bar “El Chozo”.

The GOLF ACADEMY NOVO SANCTI PETRI disposes at the moment of 10 PGA-qualified professionals who impart golf courses for beginners and advanced the whole year through in various languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).

Local Rules: All play is governed by the Spanish Golf Federation Rules. Free drop: trees with support (one club length). Stones can be removed in the bunkers (Rule 24-1). Out of bounds: white stakes, stone walls, hedges or boundary fences.Distances: to the front of the green: sprinkler heads (in metres), red markers (150 metres), yellow markers (100 metres).

The golf course, the first one in Spain designed by Severiano Ballesteros, offers 36 holes which are divided into two rounds of 18 holes. 27 holes were inaugurated in 1990 and the additional 9 holes in spring 2001. The 36 holes are split into two rounds of 18 holes. Round A (Mar-Pinos): holes 1 to 9 offer wide fairways, two lakes and a water hazard. The Green of hole 6 is the most spectacular: it is situated upon the beach. Holes 10 to 18 are bordered by pine trees, without water hazards. Round B (Centro): the first 9 holes are flat, with a lake between hole 5, 8 and 9. From hole 10 to 13 the terrain is undulating and offers magnificent looks over the atlantic ocean, and a water hazard between hole 10 and 13, and a lake between hole 14, 15 and 16. Hole 18 has an s-shaped bunker (Severiano). Various water hazards, the abundant vegetation, bunkers, as well as the ocean breeze make playing more difficult. The course is interesting for players of all levels. Any 18-hole-combination has Par 72.
