You may or may not remember me; but living in Jersey and a keen member of La Moye Golf Club and having the Seniors tour visit our Club this last week-end I wondered where golf had taken you. Clearly from the Internet you have enjoyed serious success with an esteemed position in Swedish Golf. I note from one internet quote that you are happily retired, congratulations. Although a few years younger than you (the youngest of the Dickinsons) I retired some 8 years ago at 57 and am happily married to Pauline (who lived near Springhead)with two children and six grandchildren; but I still am involved in the finance business as Chairman of a local Bank (Standard Chartered).
Hopefully this note will find it's way to you as I have fond recollections of you taking me once to Springhead and using a small club that was your cast off. I think it must have been the third where we started and I hit it into the ditch, I was so pleased to reach the ditch.
Always keen on golf; but quite rightly career came first and not until retirement did my handicap come down to 12. Commercial and I manage to hold my own in the La Moye Hustles.
