I played this course in May this year off the white tees. It was a fantastic challenge. Excellent condition all round, greens fast and slopey, we were met by the Vendee wind on the back 9, and the two par 3's had to use driver to get on. I enjoyed this course as it has a woodland and a links feel to it. You will need to be on your game though, if you stray off line you are chipping back to the fairway. Great and friendly club house, staff are excellent. Driving range and practice facilities arevery good, plus there is a great 9 hole pitch and put, that the kids get on for free. All in all would highly recommend, but if you are a high handicapper be pleased to break 100. Yes it is that tough.

This is a superb course. Good opening hole. The course has two distinct feels about it. there is the woodland part and the links part. There is some great holes and fortunately the day I played it I hit the ball great from tee to green.
Fantastic club house and closing hole.
I hit a great iron 8 ft from the can to the crowd's delight only to run it past. Well it's worth the trip for a great day out.

This is a great golf course and you will need to be playing well to make any impression on it. You need to keep the ball on the fairways as there is little chance if you stray. Good first hole around the lake. We always returned to our camp site looking as if we had walked across the sahara but somehow we always go back
